I have been in the lettings and sales industry for over 30 years and following redundancy from a large 8 office estate agency I started Smooth Moves in 2009. Shortly after Smooth Moves was born, I obtained a Level 3 Award in Residential and Property Management with ARLA which allowed me to become a Propertymark Member and continued more recently to obtain NAEA status.

Having worked in a estate agent previously for 13 years as Manager a position became available for me to join Smooth Moves over 2 years ago where I have been assisting tenants with their rent and ensuring our landlords are paid on time every month. I take away the legal landlord obligation of registering their tenant’s bond with the DPS, discuss in detail renewal of tenancies and price increases due to market value.

I’ve been part of the Smooth Moves team for the past year, bringing energy and enthusiasm to everything I do. Outside of work, I’m happily married with three wonderful children, and a proud dog lover. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, going for walks, and spending quality time with friends and family. Life is all about balance, and I love making the most of it—both professionally and socially.

I’m in full time education completing my A Levels and looking forward to enrolling in University in the not-too-distant future, but to keep me “out of mischief” during half terms, I help out in the office with advertising our landlord’s rental properties becoming available, general admin and apparently, I make the best “cuppa” ????
