Would I need special insurance?
Your insurance company must be notified that your property will be rented for the period of your guests stay, and almost certainly there would be a surcharge made.
Should your insurance company be unable to provide this additional cover, Smooth Moves has local underwriters in Newport who would be able to assist in providing buildings, contents and third party liability cover.
