Happy birthday to us!

We celebrated our first birthday last month and we can hardly believe we have been providing our services to landlords and tenants for 12 months already!!

What a great job this is. We get to talk to so many wonderful people, see different properties every day and provide home owners with a valuable service.

Any worries we had when we first started about getting vacant properties rented were quickly dashed, and our thanks go to our landlords for entrusting us with their investments and secondly to our tenants for taking up occupation rapidly and continuing in their tenancies.

Smooth Moves are now well established in the lettings market and we are very much looking forward to our second year of trading.
