Alison Jarman
Alison was born in Newport and now resides in Penhow.
After leaving college she joined Plessey Marine and was MOD cleared due to dealing with extremely sensitive and confidential matters. From there she was accepted to work at Group 4 Security and then onto Standard Telephones and Cables. During her employment with Gross Hill Properties (in partnership with Hill Samuel & Co bankers) she started dealing with commercial properties around the UK and re-located large retailers such as B&Q and MFI.
After dealing with the commercial property market she decided to try her hand at the residential market and joined Darlows Estate Agency to run their sales office in the Heath, Cardiff. She then set up a lettings management centre for them back in her home town of Newport where she was managing over 2500 properties. After several years at Darlows she was approached by Newland Rennie Wilkins to progress their lettings departments for their 8 office practice, being made redundant in February 2009.
